Tony Parker sprains ankle, unsure of status

San Antonio Spurs veteran guard Tony Parker is unsure of his status after suffering a sprained right ankle during Monday's game against the Sacramento Kings.

"Just bad luck," Parker told reporters after the Spurs' 107-100 victory. "We'll see."


The Spurs next face the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night.

Parker left with 6:53 remaining in the game and was seen limping after the game. He missed the first 19 games of the season after having offseason quadriceps surgery.
