Perlas Pilipinas bows to sweet-shooting Koreans in FIBA Women's Cup
The Philippine national basketball team yielded to South Korea, 91-63, in the FIBA Women's Asia Cup at Sree Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru, India on Tuesday.
It was the Filipinas' third straight defeat in Division B of the tournament.
Allana Lim top-scored for Perlas with 14 points to go with 6 rebounds, while Afril Bernardino added 8 points.
The Philippines first lost to Japan, 106-55, before falling against Australia, 107-65.
