Tyson Fury insists Anthony Joshua fight would be his easiest ever
The British Boxing Board of Control cleared Fury to box last week and despite Joshua stating that he was "a bit bored of the talking" on a potential fight, there is every possibility the two will face-off.
"I'm gonna say this, a bold quote: Joshua will be my easiest fight," Fury told BoxNation. "Even easier than Wladimir Klitschko. Even after two and a half years out the ring.
"I look at them all and I see all good men, all good World Champions, all young and ambitious and unbeaten, and it's a very good time to be a heavyweight. Deep down, they know the Gypsy King will reign supreme again."
Fury has been hard at work under new trainer Ben Davison with the intention of a return to the ring in April and Fury is adamant that as he proved doubters wrong in the past, he will continue to do so against Joshua.
"As soon as I entered into this world I proved people wrong. The doctors said I wouldn't make it, but I did. The doctors said I wouldn't be very big, and I'm a giant. They said I couldn't win a British title, and I did. [They] said I definitely wouldn't win a European [title] and I did that.
"They said he's got no chance against Wladimir Klitschko... I made the man look stupid," he continued. "They said I'd never be able to overcome UKAD -- done. And then they said I'd never get my licence back -- done. They said I could never lose the weight. Well guess what? That's on the way to being done too."
