"Credit goes to the players, they really played well," said Lyceum coach Topex Robinson after the game. "In the last two practices, I wasn't here, but the coaches really did a great job in preparing the team."

"They just really put in the work, knowing that they really have to be mentally tough against a San Sebastian team that is a really good team, a well-coached team," he added.

Pretta finished with 17 points, making five of his 10 attempts from beyond the arc, while CJ Perez contributed 14 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists though he also committed seven turnovers.

Wilson Baltazar had 11 points, and Jasper Ayaay contributed 10 markers for the Pirates, who shot 40% from the field and assisted on 25 of their 36 field goals in the game.
