Brownlee’s best game powers Alab past Indonesia's Knights
Brownlee, whose rabid following at Barangay Ginebra in the PBA has transferred to his adoptive club and league, came out firing, scoring 18 in the first quarter, as many as Knights' output in the period.
He got sufficient help from his teammates, though, to turn back the home team.
Renaldo Balkman contributed 17 points and 13 rebounds, while Ray Parks Jr. added 14 for Alab, which raised its record to 5-4 and sent Knights to its sixth straight loss after winning its opener.
