Alab tries to continue its climb in the ASEAN Basketball League standings when the Filipino club takes on Singapore Slingers at Fil-Oil Flying V Centre in San Juan on Wednesday.
Tip-off is at 8 p.m.
Alab currently sits at fifth place with a 3-3 record, a half game behind Saigon Heat (3-2) and a full game ahead of Slingers (3-5).
Coach Jimmy Alapag and his squad, winners of 3 straight and perfect so far to start the year, have been a must-see team, thanks in large part to the arrival of Brownlee, the talented and beloved American player associated more popularly with Barangay Ginebra in the PBA.
He was named World Import Player of the Week for leading Alab to a home win against Westports Malaysia Dragons and a road victory against Singapore.
