After blow-up, Hidilyn Diaz receives ‘good news’ over complaint

A day after Olympic silver medalist Hidilyn Diaz went off on sports officials over the decrepit state of a government-operated gym, she apparently got them to act on her complaint.

May nanalo na daw sa bidding para weightlifting gym at high performance gym sabi ng Executive Director ng PSC. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 in 3 months daw magawa na ang gym. Please! Matagal na po kame naghihintay.

The official whom Diaz apparently spoke to was Philippine Sports Commission executive director Sannah Frivaldo.

Here's hoping the PSC pulls through with its promise.
