NLEX, Blackwater unveil new faces in clash
NLEX, which bounced back from its first loss in style last week, tries to get another winning streak going and put its retooled roster to the test yet again when the Road Warriors clash with Blackwater in the PBA Governors’ Cup eliminations at Smart Araneta Coliseum on Friday.
Game time is 7 p.m. with the Road Warriors hoping to inch closer to the first quarterfinal slot even as Phoenix Petroleum tries to stop the bleeding when it battles Meralco in the 4:15 p.m. game.
Cyrus Baguio plays his first game reunited with old mentor Yeng Guiao at NLEX.
Blackwater, meanwhile, will not be easy pickings as the Elite got a much needed shot in the arm the last time up when Henry Walker arrived and led them to their first win.
