Kings eye share of lead vs FMasters
MANILA, Philippines - Barangay Ginebra tries to keep its streak going as it shoots a share of the lead with idle Meralco against a skidding Phoenix side in the PBA Governors’ Cup at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay tonight.
The Gin Kings have racked up four straight victories after dropping their opening game assignment to the Bolts, including a 94-80 romp over the winless Alaska Aces in Cebu last weekend.
In contrast, the Fuel Masters have lost six straight games after opening their campaign with back-to-back victories, making the Gin Kings the favorites in their 7 p.m. encounter.
