Bulanadi helps San Sebastian put a stop to struggles

After a long wait, San Sebastian College-Recoletos is back to its winning ways in the 93rd Season of the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.

And it’s no coincidence that they did so just as Allyn Bulanadi’s shot went back online.

After missing 16 of his 20 attempts the last time around, Allyn Bulanadi finally found the mark to help San Sebastian score a much-needed win.
Pouring in 18 points built on four triples, Bulanadi shot the Golden Stags over Andoy Estrella and Mapua University, 75-66, and all the way into a wire-to-wire win.

“Finally, nakuha rin namin. Ang pinakamahirap sa basketball e mag-bounce back e,” a satisfied head coach Egay Macaraya said after his boys returned inside the winner’s circle now at 2-3.

Surrendering back-to-back defeats to Lyceum of the Philippines University and University of Perpetual Help, Baste’s desire to get back to its winning ways was very much evident from the get-go.

Captain Ryan Costelo was finally at full health and steered his team onto a 12-1 start.
