Chris Ross named conference best player; Charles Rhodes top import
San Miguel Beer swept the top individual awards of the Commissioner's Cup, with Chris Ross being named Best Player of the Conference and Charles Rhodes winning Best Import.
The awarding ceremonies were held prior to Game 4 of the finals at Araneta Coliseum on Wednesday.
Rhodes, meanwhile, bested TNT's Josh Smith, Barangay Ginebra's Justin Brownlee and Star's Ricardo Ratliffe.
According to PBA chief statistician Fidel Mangonon III, San Miguel swept both awards in the 2010 Fiesta Conference with Jay Washington and Gabe Freeman, and in the 1999 Governor's Cup with Danny Siegle and Lamont Strothers.
No other team has achieved the feat more than once.
